No matter where you’re at on your mothering journey- from preconception, pregnancy, postpartum, and beyond- know that you are welcome!
When you join a gathering, expect to be held in reverence as a Mother. This title is not to be taken lightly, and my intention is to hold space for all it brings us- beauty, confusion, expansion, love, grief, etc. and inspire women to step into it with power and confidence. For most of my community offerings you can expect to sit in circle, share stories, offer guidance, laugh, eat, maybe cry a little, and observe the magic that unfolds when wise women gather. My hope is that you will leave feeling inspired, hopeful, and maybe even a little lighter than when you walked in.
Monthly Mother Gatherings
Every third Wednesday of the month at Goods vintage shop in Covington, KY
Join us for a moment of reprieve, reconnection, and replenishment amongst other sweet and sleepy mamas in the thick of it. We will sit in circle, meditate, and witness one another. My goal is to provide a space to help you quiet your mind and remember, even for a moment, who you are at your core so that you may reclaim the parts of you that inevitably get lost in life and motherhood.
There will be light snacks and tea, along with an opportunity to shop unique and comfy vintage and thrifted items for you, your partner, and your kiddos.
Mother Renewal Retreat
Saturday October 11th, 10:00a-4:00p at Homemeadow Song Farm in Cincinnati, Ohio
Six spacious hours thoughtfully curated for mothers in the thick of it. Highlights include guided meditation, somatic dance, elemental ceremony, farm-to-table lunch, and conscious community at a beautiful small farm. This offering only comes twice a year and space is limited so snag your spot!
